What is TheVtuberOffice?
A quiet, no-fluff resource for VTubers who want to understand the business / marketing side of what they’re building.
It’s not a service, not a mentorship, and definitely not a backdoor agency. It’s just a set of clear, practical guides, frameworks, and tools built to help creators grow with more confidence, make smarter decisions, and feel less alone trying to figure things out.
Whether you’re full-time, part-time, aspiring, or in transition this is for you.
Who am I?
I’m Mr. Kline a marketing and business guy based in Tokyo.
I’ve worked in startups, branding, product, and backend ops for over a decade. But outside of that, I’ve always been drawn to creative subcultures especially ones that blur art, identity, and performance.
VTubing fascinates me not just as entertainment, but as a creative medium that’s still figuring itself out.
I’m not a VTuber. Not a manager. I don’t work in the industry. I’m just someone who sees what this space could be if creators had better tools, better systems, and better protection and I wanted to offer something useful.
Why I made this
Because I saw VTubers get dropped, ghosted, or burned out without ever being told how things actually work behind the scenes.
I saw Vtubers struggling to grow not because they weren’t talented, but because nobody ever showed them how to pitch themselves, set boundaries, or think about what they’re building like a brand or business.
So I started writing.
What I don’t do
- I don’t run a Vtuber service or agency
- I’m not selling mentorships, coaching, or PDFs
- I don’t consult, take clients, or slide into DMs
- I don’t promise success
- I’m not here to manage, monetize, or market you
I’m just passing along what I’ve learned in business, marketing, and ops translated into something that makes sense for VTubers navigating their career and building their brand.
